We are selling a customization SERVICE by Derivation Customs. Within this cost, the sourcing fee, for the shoe in the size ordered included. 

Once production starts, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel and refund orders for any reason. We will only be able to cancel a transaction if we haven’t yet started production and are notified within the first 72 hours of the purchase and will incur a £75 cancellation fee. Once you make a purchase you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at anytime without notice.
