Order
These customs are made to order. Please allow 14–21 days for production and dispatch.
Once production has begun, we’re unable to cancel or refund the order for any reason. Orders can only be cancelled if production has not started and we are notified within 72 hours of purchase. A £75 cancellation fee will apply.

Care Details
Our custom shoes are specially handcrafted and should be worn with care. They are durable and made to last, however damage can be caused through misuse so we advise you take good care of your Custom Vans shoes.
We wouldn’t advise washing custom sneakers that have hand painted or vinyl assets added to them. Another way to clean your material customs would be to use a trainer cleaner!
