Goods will not be dispatched until a pre authorization check is completed ensuring there are adequate funds in your account. Should we encounter a problem with payment we will endeavor to contact you via email or telephone.

Cancelling your order
Once production starts, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel and refund orders for any reason. We will only be able to cancel a transaction if we haven’t yet started production and are notified within the first 72 hours of the purchase and will incur a £95 cancellation fee.

Discount Codes
If item/s are purchased using a discount code, the discounted sum will be deducted accordingly should a refund be required. Only 1 discount code can be used at a time and not in conjunction with any other sale or promotion.
Member Discounts
After your first purchase you will automatically be registered as a member and agree to the terms and conditions set out by Derivation Customs. Delivery charges are excluded from member discounts. Refunds will be offered in accordance to the returns policy, the returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Members will be refunded the discounted price paid excluding delivery charges. Member discounts will not be applied during sale periods and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion other than free delivery offers.
Free Gift Offers
From time to time we may offer our customers promotions where a free gift is offered. The gift is offered subject to a minimum purchase spend requirement. During this promotion we are only able to offer an exchange should you wish to keep the gift. You can exchange the purchased items however the gift is non exchangeable. This does not effect your statutory rights. Should you require a refund for your full purchase please return your full order including the gift item and a refund will be applied on receipt. When submitting feedback and suggestions to us you are giving us permission to use your feedback in a respectable manner to enhance the service we offer you. Names will be kept anonymous unless written consent is given by you to print your name and area details. You must not use the Website in any way, which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity. You must not use the Website for any purposes related to marketing without our express written consent.

Pricing and availability
Though we try to ensure accuracy in pricing and descriptions of our products errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error we will try to inform you as soon as possible, offering you the option to re confirm your order or cancel. On cancellation a full refund will be offered.
Delivery and returns
This is a retail website and all prices are retail prices. All prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery is charged in addition. Delivery charges will be listed separately on the payment pages. Dispatch times vary according to availability. Guarantees or representations made as to delivery times is limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal strikes or events not in our control for which we are not responsible. We will notify you through e-mail when your order has been dispatched.
Should an item/s be out of stock, we will inform you of when it will become available. We will dispatch item/s that are available at the time of placing your order. You will not be charged further delivery costs for delayed item/s; these will be dispatched to you as soon as they are available.
If a package is returned to us as “undelivered”, an additional delivery charge will be incurred for the package to be re delivered. Please ensure a neighbour is able to take a delivery in for you or if you are at work, perhaps use an alternative delivery address.
You are liable for postage costs when returning items back to us. Please ensure that you obtain a proof of purchase. We recommend you return your package through registered post allowing you to track your package ensuring it arrives to us safely. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on sending item/s back and the contra-indications.
It is important that you check contra-indications to delivery times these may change without prior notice
Deliveries to EU after Brexit
The UK left the European Union on 31 January 2020. The transition period that was in place ended on 31 December 2020.
