Materials are glued and sewn to the shoe ensuring exceptional durability that prevents detachment, even with prolonged use.

These customs are made to order, please allow between 14-21 days to be completed and posted.

Once production starts, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel and refund orders for any reason. We will only be able to cancel a transaction if we haven’t yet started production and are notified within the first 72 hours of the purchase and will incur a £95 cancellation fee. Care Details

Our custom sneakers are specially handcrafted and should be worn with care. They are durable and made to last, however damage can be caused through misuse so we advise you take good care of your Custom Jordans.

As the material is cut, glued and sewn to the shoe, these customs are highly durable and can be put in the washing machine on a low heat if you wanted to! We just wouldn’t advise washing customs that have hand painted or vinyl assets added to them. Another way to clean your material customs would be to use a trainer cleaner!
