How to Measure Foot Length

Secure a piece of paper to a hard, flat surface, making sure it won’t move.
Stand on the paper with feet shoulder-width apart and your weight evenly distributed (only one foot should be on the paper).
Using a pen or pencil held straight down, have someone help you mark the tip of your big toe and the farthest point of your heel.
Step off the paper and measure the distance between the two marks using a ruler or tape measure. This is your foot length.
Repeat the same process for your other foot. It’s normal for one foot to be slightly longer than the other.
Use the longer measurement on our size chart to find the best fit. If your measurement falls between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size.
